We are looking for a female to take a large double bedroom with its own bathroom in our flat. The flat is very homely and modern and is situated ideally within a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common Tube Station and a 15 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station. It is modern throughout with a large living room, separate large dining room and a nicely sized outdoor terrace (which we can have BBQs on). The flat has ample space for everybody.

Included in the price of the rent is all bills which includes a cleaner that attends the property fortnightly.

The bedroom is a large double room with four large built-in wardrobes, a large storage cupboard, space for storage under the bed and a large chest of drawers. The bathroom which you will be using was only recently done last year and is brand new.

About us - I own the flat, so you will not have to deal with a horrible landlord (I'm nice promise!) in relation to any issues. Me and my boyfriend share one room. We are both 32 and professionals working in the City. We are clean and tidy housemates who like to go out for drinks, love eating out but also enjoy a chilled night in front of the TV and Netflix. We are very sociable people and not that coupley our old housemate can vouch for this!

We are looking for housemates who are similar to us and will treat the flat as a home and will want to join in on the occasional drink, flat meals and social night out with us and our friends and not just live in their room :).
