I am sadly moving out of this flat of 3 other girls as I am moving out of London so my room is up for grabs from the 27th of August.
The room/flat:
The room comes furnished with a double bed and a huge fitted wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one of the other girls in the flat. The additional furniture (desk and dressing table) will also be available.
The flat is super bright and homely, the kitchen, bathroom, carpets and paintwork recently been updated.
The area:
10-15 minute walk to both Clapham South and Clapham Common tube stations, in a really safe and quiet area. Tube, supermarkets, Gail’s and The Abbeville pub all in walking distance it really has everything you need!
The girls:
Three girls in their late 20s. All such friendly girls and very easy to get along with! We do enjoy dinners, nights out and socialising together we also get on well with our neighbours downstairs and also enjoy going out as a combined flat! That being said everyone is quite quiet and chilled during the work week.
The details:
Deposit = around £800
Rent = £1050.75 per month
New tenant fee = £50
Bills: separate, about £130 a month (give or take)
Viewings: in person viewings only taking place w/c 3rd of August
