Our friend is moving back to Australia so we are ideally looking for someone late 20s/early 30s who is very chilled, friendly and easy-going. You’ll be living with Liv and Aimee, both early 30s, who met last year through friends. Aimee does a combination of office working and wfh a few days a week, and Liv works as a full time teacher.

Flat 🏠
The flat itself occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a beautiful old house on a quiet road. The lounge and kitchen are both really spacious, and there is a separate room for laundry. There is also a very big shared garden.

Transport 🚆
The flat is a 10 minute walk to the Northern line (Clapham North and Clapham Common) and 15 minutes to the Victoria line (Stockwell), and a 5 minute walk to Wandsworth Road overground.

We are around a 10 minute walk to Clapham Old Town with all its bars, shops and restaurants.
