We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our four-bedroom flat, sharing with three sociable girls.

🗓️ Move-in date: 3rd October (this date is fixed)
👯‍♀️ Age: 27–32

The flat has:
🛏️ A furnished double bedroom
🚿 Two bathrooms (both with showers)
🛋️ A huge open-plan kitchen and living area

Rent: £980 per month, plus bills and a fortnightly cleaner.

📍 Location: We're just off Clapham High Street, a 1-minute walk from Clapham Common Tube station, bus stops, Sainsbury's, the Common, plus loads of great cafés, restaurants and bars.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, easy-going and enjoys being part of a social household. We often spend evenings together in the living room, host board game nights, take part in pub quizzes, enjoy Sunday roasts, and take turns organising a monthly flat outing. There's no pressure to join everything, but we'd love someone who wants to be part of the flat - we’ve all become very close friends.
