I’m moving out of my room after getting my own place and am looking for someone to take my contract.

The room is very spacious, and has plenty of storage. Also, the kitchen is very well stocked (dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier), and is also large which is great if you want to cook or have friends over.

The housemates are really friendly, having their own lives but are always up for a chat. They’re also tidy and are responsible in ensuring everything is well stocked, which is a big plus. All 6 guys are male professionals (ages ranging from 25-30s).

I’m sorry to be leaving this place behind as it’s as really smart house, in a well connected area and has a friendly group of guys. In London especially, this is incredibly rare.

Clapham Common is about great vibrant place for people in their 20s, with there being lots of bars and clubs nearby, while it still has some great coffee shops and running clubs too
