Double Room in Sociable Clapham Common House

A double room is becoming available in our friendly house just a short walk from Clapham Common. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving, as this has been such a brilliant place to live, my housemates are now some of my best friends. We all originally met through SpareRoom, which says a lot about the kind of house this is!

The room comes furnished with a bed and bedside table. All of the other furniture in the photos belong to me, so you’ll have the chance to make the space your own.

The house has:

* Shared bathroom between three
* Shared living room and kitchen
* Great transport links, 2 mins from Clapham Common Station
* A relaxed, clean, and welcoming atmosphere

This is a genuinely sociable home rather than just a house share. We often cook together, head to the pub, watch TV and films, and genuinely enjoy spending time together.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the house and is keen to join in from time to time.

Move-in dates are flexible, so I’m happy to work around the right person.
