Double room in Clapham Common

Looking for a new housemate in Clapham ✨

My housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for a like minded female to take over her room in our lovely 2-bed split level flat in Clapham from 10th September.

The flat:

* Gated premises at the top of Venn Street (2 mins from Clapham Common station)
* Double room with bed, mattress, 2x chest of drawers included
* Your own bathroom (I have an ensuite, so the one downstairs is all yours)

Rent: £1250pcm
Bills: £176 approx per month

About me:

I’m 31 and an Aussie who has been in London for just over a year, so still enjoying soaking it up on the weekends. I work in public relations and am in the office 3 days a week. I’m big into running, reading, catching up with friends, travelling and finding the best eats in the city over the weekend - all the basics!

I’d love a housemate who’d be happy to have a night in together, but is just as ok with doing our own thing. Ideally looking for someone of a similar age/vibe, who is clean and tidy.
