Large Room Near Clapham Old Town

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a large, spacious house in Clapham Old Town.

You will be sharing the house with three girls - who are all professionals. All are very sociable and friendly but equally busy with their own friends etc!

The room itself is large, with lots of good storage space built in with the wardrobes. It comes with the bed and cabinet. There is a large kitchen and living area, both perfect for socialising and hosting. There is also a large shared bathroom for three of us (one room has an en suite). The house has a small outdoor sun terrace area which is lovely in the warmer weather.

Transport links are excellent, with Clapham Common, Stockwell, Nine Elms and Vauxhall underground stations all very near by. There is a well service bus stop directly across the street. The street is adjacent to Wandsworth Road Overground.

I am keen to get someone in ASAP, ideally within the next four weeks. Rent is paid on 11th of each month ordinarily. I can provide more detail around this if needed. I presently pay £1168 which covers rent and all associated bills. I am keen to find a good fit for the remaining housemates. Please reach out if you would like to arrange a viewing!
