We’re looking for a clean, friendly and social roommate to join our apartment from October.

Your room comes with:
- Built in wardrobe
- ⁠Double bed with under bed storage
- ⁠Side tables
- ⁠En-suite with bath
- ⁠TV
- Air-conditioning and underfloor heating

📍Great location — an easy walk to all the shops, pubs and restaurants on Clapham High Street, as well as Clapham Common. Clapham Common tube is the closest station.

You’ll be living with two young professionals (not a couple):

🧑🏻‍🦱 Louie — works in Crypto Accounting
👩🏻‍🦰 Ash — works in Marketing for a consulting firm.

We’re a social house and like to make the most of the space, whether that’s hosting the occasional games night, BBQs on the terrace, or heading out for a drink. We’re looking for someone who’s sociable and up for being part of the house, while also being respectful of everyone’s space.

One important detail: must be comfortable with stairs! 🙃

Bills total roughly £160 per month
We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight around £22.
