Hi gals, we have 2 large rooms available in our wonderful flat right next to Clapham Common station. We're only moving to try out another area in London, we've both been here for 2+ years and have LOVED the area, the flat and the girls! The rooms is available from 12 September and you’ll be living with two great girls;
Jess, 26, an accountant from up North in the office 3-4 days a week
Emma, 27, a vet (cute puppy pics!) in the office 4 days a week
Who both love a drink, socialising and a flat night in watching movies.
The 2 rooms available:
The first room (larger of the 2) is £1,101 a month and the second is £900 a month, both excluding bills which are usually approx. £100 each. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes.
The flat is lovely, with a large living room, high ceilings and plenty of storage throughout.
