Bright double room with an en-suite in Clapham

Hi!

I am leaving my gorgeous house share in Clapham to move in with my partner and looking for someone to replace me.

The charming 4 bedroom property is situated in the desirable area of Clapham, located just off the high street. The house is a 5 minute walk to Clapham Common, and a 7 minute walk to Clapham North northern line stations.

The room is a double bedroom benefitting from lots of natural light, and built in mirrored wardrobes. It has an en-suite with a shower and separate bath. The room is unfurnished but I am willing to leave the bed and sell the chest of drawers if needed by the new occupant!

The house itself is spacious, bright and feels like a home! We are also direct with our landlady who is super easy to deal with, and proactive in fixing any repairs. The kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. We also have one shared bathroom and one downstairs WC. The living room is the perfect space with broadband and a flatscreen tv with Chromecast. Bills usually come to around £150 pcm.

You will be living with Sorcha, Ruth and Alex. Three professionals (Irish & English) who are great to live with! I will miss the girls and the house very much!

We all get along really well, and enjoy catching up over a vino and having an impromptu movie night / Netflix binge. We all have busy social lives outside of the house so it’s a good balance.

About you: ideally you will be a friendly working professional, who is tidy, considerable, social and enjoys the odd glass of wine on the sofa. We are all very house proud and keep the house clean and tidy at all times.
