Bright Double Room just off Clapham Common

Renting out my double room for roughly 2 months while I’m away on a short sabbatical. It’s on Cedars Road, literally a couple of minutes from Clapham Common itself, the tube/overground, and all the Clapham bars and restaurants are on your doorstep.

The room is sizeable; it is bright, decent storage, comfy, and gets good natural light. The rest of the place is just as nice: open-plan living and dining area, modern kitchen, and a private patio out back. There’s also a solid desk setup by a big window if you’re working from home.

You’d be sharing with my mate, who’s staying on while I’m gone. He’s 28, runs his own AI startup so he’s busy and out a fair bit during the week. Weekends he’s usually training (jiu jitsu), playing/ watching sport, going out with mates, or working - but he’s equally happy to have a chilled one and a chat. Easy to live with, tidy, sociable without being in your face.
