The property has also been freshly repainted throughout and has undergone a deep clean. (Sofa, lounge furniture and a headboard for the bed is arriving next week!).

The property is a 2 minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s and M&S Food Hall. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, bars and coffee shops on your doorstep. Clapham Common station (underground) and Clapham High Street (overground) are both a 5 minute walk away.

All bills are included. Bills come to roughly £480 per month for two people, the monthly breakdown is as follows:
-£174 council tax
-£200 electricity (the property is fully serviced by electricity, there is no gas)
-£75 water
-£30 internet (please note- internet is being installed next month- I am waiting for fibre optic cables to be installed).

You will be living with a 30 year old female professional. A female tenant would be preferred as I am female. The room is not suitable for couples.
