A large double room is becoming available in our friendly and sociable house share on a quiet residential street in the heart of Clapham.

The room is one of the two largest in the house, with plenty of space for a double bed, furniture and everything else you need. It’s partly furnished and benefits from lots of natural light, making it a really comfortable space to come home to.

The house itself is a genuinely social household. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep and would like to become part of the house dynamic. We regularly spend time together in the lounge, sit out in the garden when the weather is good, head to the pub, play darts on the house dartboard or go and enjoy Clapham Common. Equally, everyone has their own space and there’s no pressure to be social all the time.

We keep the house clean and everyone does their part, so we’re looking for someone who is similarly considerate and happy to contribute.

The location is excellent: Allnutt Way is a quiet street just moments from Clapham Common and Clapham Common tube station, with Clapham High Street’s pubs, bars, restaurants and shops all within easy reach.
