A fully furnished bedroom is available in a private ground-floor flat on Clapham Park Road. The location couldn’t be better – less than a 5-minute walk to Clapham Common tube station and the Common itself.

The bathroom (you’ll be sharing with 1 other) is newly done with a large bath and dual showerheads. It also has 2 sinks so you have plenty of your own bathroom storage and space.

It’s genuinely a fantastic flat for hosting friends or enjoying a quiet evening at home. The flat itself is unusually spacious, including:

- A large living room with multiple sofas, bookshelves, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight.
- A separate, well-equipped kitchen with a built-in fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, and a breakfast table.
- A communal garden.
- ⁠Bike storage.
- ⁠An allocated off-road parking space.

You’ll be sharing with a Kiwi couple and another girl - all easy-going and professional (ages between 23- 26). During the week they’re usually up for a relaxed evening in, while weekends often involve long bike rides followed by a few beers.

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate professional who’ll be a great fit for the flat.

Rent is £1,200 per month plus bills. Available from 23 October (can be slightly flexible) with a minimum stay of 6 months (rolling after this, 2 months notice period).
