We have a lovely double room available in Clapham Common, available from 1st October.

The room is cosy and comes furnished with double bed, storage and an external wardrobe.

📍 Location
The house is in a great location, around 5 minutes’ walk from Clapham Common with easy connections to Central via the northern and Victoria line. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby.

🏠 The home
The property has 4 bedrooms and includes shared living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden, washing machine, dishwasher and a driveway at the front. We also all chip in for a fortnightly cleaner to help keep the house to a good standard.

It’s a clean, comfortable and relaxed home, so we’re looking for someone who will treat it like their own rather than just somewhere to sleep.

👋 Who you’ll be living with
You’ll be sharing with 3 young professionals, aged around 25-30. Phil, Maya and Megan. They are honestly some of the best housemates I’ve ever had the pleasure of sharing with and I wouldn’t be lying if I said I I’m gonna miss them when I move out!

💷 The details
• Rent: £825 per month
• Bills: Approximately £100 per month but go up a bit during winter.
• Deposit: £825
• Available: 1st October
• Minimum stay: 6 months
• Single occupancy only

They’re looking for another girl who’s clean, tidy and sociable, as well as considerate and happy to do their bit around the house.
