Need a chill house mate

A large double room is becoming available in our friendly and sociable house share on a quiet residential street in the heart of Clapham - our house mate is moving out as he’s looking to buy a house.

The room is one of the two largest in the house, with plenty of space for a double bed, furniture and everything else you need. It’s partly furnished and benefits from lots of natural light, making it a really comfortable space to come home to.

The house itself is a genuinely social household. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep and would like to become part of the house dynamic. We have movie nights, chill in the garden when the weather is good, go pub, gym, and runs. Equally, everyone has their own space and there’s no pressure to be social all the time. We can get busy at our jobs some late finishes so we respect each others down time too.

We keep the house clean and everyone does their part, so we’re looking for someone who is similarly considerate and happy to contribute.

The location is excellent: Allnutt Way is a quiet street just couple minutes away from Clapham Common and Clapham Common tube station, with Clapham High Street’s pubs, bars, restaurants and shops all within easy reach.
