Room with own bathroom - 2min walk from tube!

Spacious 1st floor 2bed/2bath flat in Trinity Close, 2 minute walk from the Clapham Common tube station.

Room is furnished with double bed, nightstand, wardrobe and desk. Facing courtyard of building and not sharing any walls with flatmate’s room, as they are on opposite ends of the apartment and with two bathrooms between them. Bathroom has bath tub and wall-size heated mirror.

Shared kitchen/living room/hallway/storage room. Kitchen has washing/drying machine (combi) and dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer. Building is ran by property management company and has security cameras at the entrance/reception as well as a caretaker. Flat has video doorbell.

Only one flatmate who is 30-year old female working full time (mon-fri). I am happy to have good communication together as flatmates, but at the same time I do have a busy life and prefer to keep the home a calm place to unwind rather than a gathering place (there are tons of lovely pubs and restaurants nearby which are great spaces for socialising).

Looking for clean professional female flatmate in late 20s/early 30s, not working full time from home. Must earn at least £43 500 p/a to pass referencing.

Bills (electricity/council tax/water/internet) tends to cost around £150-200 pp. per months depending on heating.

Landlord is looking to have a new flatmate referenced by September 15th so only contact if you are interested to commit quickly. Please include information about your age, work status (in-office vs hybrid w/ how many days from home), interests and confirm move-in date on October 14th is okay with you.
