Bright, spacious double room with private en-suite available from 10th October in a modern two-bedroom flat in Clapham Old Town.

The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, small desk and Juliet balcony, with large windows and plenty of natural light. There is also a second bathroom in the flat.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished, with a comfortable shared living room and open-plan kitchen, plus a small shared balcony. The building also has concierge and bike storage. It is a clean, quiet and well-kept flat, and as it is only a two-bed.

The location is probably the biggest selling point. Clapham Common is only around a 2-minute walk away, so there is a huge amount of green space right on the doorstep for running, walking, sport or just relaxing in the summer. Clapham Old Town and the surrounding area have a great social scene, with plenty of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and gyms all within easy walking distance. Clapham Common Underground station is also nearby, making it very easy to get into Central London.

Bills not included, currently monthly bills per person are £210.

I’m 30 and work as a doctor in the NHS. I work fairly long hours during the week but am usually around at weekends. Outside work I’m very active, enjoy seeing friends and going out.

Looking for someone sociable, easy-going and up for making the most of Clapham/London, whether that’s a pub, dinner, gym, a night out or just chilling at home. We’d both have our own lives, but it’d be nice to actually get on and enjoy living together rather than just being two strangers sharing a flat.
