Unfortunately our lovely flatmate is moving out and so we have a furnished room available in friendly and social three bed flat sharing with two other girls.

About the girls:
Tess is 32, Canadian and works in tech sales mostly from home. Jaya (me) is 31, from Bristol and works as a partnerships manager. The girls love going to the local pubs, walks around the common and checking out new activities. Open to someone who wants to join in or is happy to do their own thing! Also, ideally someone that is mostly office or hybrid.

The house is really cute with a full size lounge and dining area. The flat is in a great location - only 5 mins walk to Clapham common tube station and Clapham Common itself. The flat also has one available parking space (plus bike parking). There are loads of cute cafes, pubs, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.

The girls are looking for a clean, friendly girl of similar age that also wants to look after the space and make a house a home!

Our landlord is really great and very responsive to quickly fixing any issues that arise.
Rent is £942 pcm plus bills.
