Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a mansion block flat 5 mins from Clapham Common, living with 3 other girls aged 25-26.
We are a super social household and enjoy nights out, dinners etc but also are very respectful of each others space and value our downtime.
The room would be perfect for someone working in the office at least 4 days a week as it is a little small.
We live in a super safe, welcoming area between Clapham Common and Clapham North stations and really love it here. Ideally looking for someone aged 25 or over but can be flexible.
