I’m moving out of this lovely flat to move in with my sister. I’ve been here for 5 years and it’s really become a home, so we’re looking for a friendly and sociable girl to take my place from Nov 15th.

Lydia (28) and Lucy (30) work in marketing and merchandising and we’ve all become really good friends. They have a great balance of doing their own thing and always being up for a cheeky pub trip/cosy movie night/padel game.

This is a good sized double room, with a big wardrobe and chest of draws for £871 pcm. We also have a big shared courtyard and balcony that stays sunny all day.

The location is ideal with us being a 10min walk from Clapham Common tube and having plenty of shops and bus stops nearby.
