Double room available next to Clapham Common

Hi everyone! I’m heading off to Australia for a couple of months and am looking for an easy-going flatmate to sublet my room while I’m away. You’ll be sharing a super nice, modern house with two really sound blokes in a fantastic location.

Here is everything you need to know:

Dates: Available from the 1st of November to the 1st of January. Ideally, I’m looking to find someone that will stay for the full 2 months (6 weeks minimum).

The Room: A double room with a shared bathroom. (Only sharing with one other)

Rent & Bills: £975 per month for rent, plus £175 for fixed bills (which includes a weekly cleaner!).

Location: Only a 2-minute walk to be right on Clapham Common, and just 10-15 minutes to Clapham Common station.

Working From Home: There is space to WFH in the living room, though we’d prefer someone who only needs to work from the house 1-2 days per week max.

The Vibe: You'll be living with two great, laid-back guys who keep a tidy and welcoming home.
