Room in a 5-bed Clapham house — available from 23rd October to move in!
There are currently 4 of us living here - 3 guys and 1 girl, all aged 26–29 - so ideally looking for someone around a similar age who’s up for being part of a friendly, social house.
We’re a pretty relaxed bunch and enjoy going to the pub, watching films, sport, and a nice lil walk around the common.
£850/month, bills included. We also have a cleaner, which works out at £43 each per month.
