We're looking for a fifth housemate to join our home in Clapham South!
You'll be living with Val, Becca, Fraser and Joe (aged 23-25), who have recently signed onto the lease. We are all sociable people who enjoy sports and trips to the pub while also respecting each other's space and downtime.
We're looking for a young professional who would like to be part of a friendly and social household, rather than simply sharing a house.
The property is spacious and well-equipped, featuring:
* A large kitchen-dining area that's great for socialising
* A separate living room
* Two additional bathrooms alongside the ensuite
* A private garden with a decking area at the back
Room: Ensuite bedroom in a 5-bedroom house
Rent: £1,450 per month (excluding bills)
