Double room opposite Clapham Common ☀️

Hi,
We have a double room to rent in our flat share in Clapham Common, as our flatmate is moving out of London to go travelling.

Looking for someone to take the room from the 1st of January, although can be from late Dec.

Location is amazing with all amenities and shops nearby. We're directly opposite the park and Waitrose, with Sainsbury, cafes, restaurants etc. all within 3mins walk!

The room is on the top floor and comes furnished (TV & chairs excluded). Likewise the kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking, baking and hosting.
There's a shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and best of all... a balcony for Summer BBQ's ☀️

You would be sharing with Evie (F) and Emile (M). We’re both 23, working full time in the city. We work remote 3 days a week, but from our rooms so the common areas aren't crowded). We’re social, clean, and keen to keep the homely vibe of the house 🫶🏼 Wether it be nice catch ups in the kitchen, or occasionally meal and drink together ect.

Rent is £1,220.12
Deposit £1,402.24
Bills We have a shared bank account/card and just put £150 in per month to cover all bills and misc house item
