Hi gals, we have 1 large room available in our wonderful flat right next to Clapham Common station. I’m only moving to try out another area in London, but I have LOVED the area, the flat and the girls!
The room is available from 12 November and you’ll be living with three lovely girls;
Louise, 27, a corporate finance girly from up North, in the office 3-4 days a week
Emma, 27, a vet (cute puppy pics!) in the office 4 days a week
Meg, 25, working in supply chain and splits her time in the office and working from home
All the girls love a drink, socialising and a flat night in watching movies.
The rent for the room available is £1,101 a month, excluding bills which are usually approx £106 each. The room is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes.
The flat is lovely, with a large living room, high ceilings and plenty of storage throughout.
