We have a room available in our lovely Clapham Common home. We are two friends who have met through spare room and are looking for a third person to join us. The flat is situated on a quiet square in the heart of Old Town.
The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and clothes rack.
The flat has one bathroom that we all share and have a great lounge that we love to hang out in.
We have established a lovely vibe in the home that we would like to maintain so are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and also is tidy and clean.
A little bit about us - Kate works in management and Charlie in event planning. We often hang out in the evenings watching a good series but both equally enjoy a social night out.
