Spacious double room in Abbeville Village house

Hey! We're looking for someone to take over a spacious double room in our lovely house in Clapham, as our housemate Grace is moving to her own place 💃

The room is unfurnished apart from the bed, but Grace is willing to sell two chests of drawers. The house is a great size over 3 floors, with a separate living room, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms and a garden. We also have a spare room which we use for laundry and storage which is super useful. The house is right next to Clapham Common and Abbeville Village, and is less than 10 mins to Clapham South tube.

You'll be living with me, Rachel and Tia, who work for a cancer charity, finance and in comms. We love living here and we’re a friendly, sociable house where everyone has their own lives, but when we’re home we enjoy lots of kitchen chats, wine and trips to the pub.

We all love living here and we’re looking for a friendly, fun and chilled housemate, ideally aged 28-33, who's keen to make this house their home.
