Double Room on Clapham Common Northside

We’re a flat of three girls, looking to find a replacement for our fourth roommate who is about to move out.

We’re all working professionals who enjoy hanging out, and are just looking for a someone tidy and respectful - we have no preference on gender!

The flat has four bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a decently sized garden which we also share with our upstairs neighbours.

Clapham Common station is within close walking distance, and Clapham Junction is around a 20 minute walk away. The flat itself if a 30 second walk from the common, the area is nice and calm area but with is also just a short walk to lots of shops and bars.

Bills are not included, but usually come to around £100 a month, which includes energy, wifi, water and council tax (band D). The room is available from 10th.
