The kitchen has a lovely dining table and chairs, we normally take out into the garden on sunny days to have al fresco dinners with friends.
The landlord is great, very responsive over WhatsApp, and gets things sorted within 48 hours from getting our boiler recertified to having a plug socket changed as it cracked.
You'll have to pay a Name Change fee on the contract and we can be flexible on viewings over the next few weeks,
