Double room available in a lovely, relaxed house just off Clapham High Street, with a back garden perfect for summer evenings. Great location close to shops, cafés, pubs and transport links, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful.
You’d be living with me and a very friendly cat in a clean, respectful and easygoing home. Looking for someone who’s considerate, tidy and independent, who wants a calm house rather than a party house.
The room would suit someone who works mostly out of the house, as not looking for full-time WFH setups. Also probably not the right fit for big party animals more a homey, chilled atmosphere here.
