Looking for a girl aged 26–29 to take over our flatmate’s room from 1st August 2026 in our friendly 3-bed flat in Clapham North 💛

Sadly, our lovely housemate is moving out this summer, so we’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy with me (28) and Emily (26).

The room is the biggest in the flat and has lots of natural light, overlooking beautiful community gardens. There’s plenty of storage within the room itself, and it comes furnished with a bed, desk for wfh, as well as a built in wardrobe and drawers.

• 7 min walk to Clapham High Street Overground (Windrush line)

• 10 min walk to Stockwell (Victoria & Northern Lines)

• Walking distance to Clapham Common and Brixton

The flat is in an amazing location on a quiet residential road, with loads of pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, plus Lidl and Sainsbury’s Superstore just around the corner.

We’re looking for another laid back, tidy, sociable girl in her late 20s, who wants to be friends not just housemates, and would love to find someone who’d like to be part of the house rather than just rent a room!
We generally love pub trips, comedy/theatre shows, charity shop mooches, walks on the common, TV/movie nights, and the occasional night out, but equally love chilled evenings at home and are always respectful of each other’s space and down time. We’re currently a singleton household, and have our own friends but enjoy being part of a sociable flat, and ideally looking for someone on a similar vibe!

• Rent: £1060 pcm

• Deposit: £945 (approx.)

• Bills: approx. £100-£120 pcm but we try to keep costs low!
