This friendly Kenwyn home is looking for a new neat and tidy, sociable professional to join our household!

THE HOUSE:
This 6 bedroom, 2½ bathroom terraced house is tucked away on a quiet road, only 2 minutes from Clapham High Street and 5 minutes from Clapham North station. It has a large living/dining room, a large kitchen/laundry room, and a small rear garden. Bills include council tax, fast broadband and a cleaner once a fortnight to clean communal spaces.

THE ROOM:
£798 + £150 bills per month
A top floor bedroom, facing the back of the house. The room comes furnished with most of the items pictured. The move-in date is late August, but this is flexible.

US:
We're all young professionals with a mix of hobbies and interests, and all value a balance of chilled, quiet nights during the week and socialising or playing sport on the weekends. We're all very friendly and occasionally organise house activities or nights out together.

YOU:
We are looking for a 9-to-5 professional who is friendly and looking for a relaxed but social household. It is very important that you are clean, tidy and respectful.
