En-suite double room in Clapham High Street

Hi! We’re looking for someone to move into our lovely en-suite double room in Clapham High Street and share the flat with me and my boyfriend.

We’re both in our early 20s - I’m Portuguese and he’s South African/English. We’re both really sociable, friendly and respectful, and would love to find someone who feels comfortable making the flat their home rather than it just being somewhere to sleep.

Our current housemate is moving out as they’re looking to move back home, so we’re looking for someone to take over their room.

The room is a good-sized double and has its own private en-suite, which is a huge plus. The flat is right on Clapham High Street, so it’s in a great location for transport, restaurants, bars, cafés, gyms and everything around Clapham.

We enjoy having a chat, cooking, going out for drinks/dinner and generally having a sociable home, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space and downtime. We’d ideally like to find someone around a similar age who is friendly, clean and easy-going.
