I’m sadly leaving my room after almost 2 years, and I’m looking for someone to take over this lovely space in our Clapham flat. I’ve really enjoyed living here — it’s a bright, spacious and comfortable home in a fantastic location, with everything you could need right on your doorstep.

The room is a generous double bedroom in a spacious two-bedroom, second-floor flat. It gets plenty of natural light and looks out onto greenery, making it a lovely and peaceful space despite being so close to Clapham High Street. It comes furnished with a double bed, night table, chest of drawers, desk and plenty of space to make your own.

The flat also has a large shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as a shared bathroom.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Gui, a friendly and easy-going professional working in finance. He’s sociable, respectful and very easy to live with, and the flat has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

The location is fantastic: Clapham High Street Overground is right next door, while Clapham North Tube is around a 5-minute walk away. You’re also surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and everything else Clapham has to offer.

This would suit a professional looking for a comfortable, well-connected home in Clapham.
