I have a spare furnished double room to rent located in Clapham Junction. (10 mins walk to Clapham Junction station & about the same to Wandsworth Town)

This is a lovely residential flat south of the river surrounded by parks, local transport links, a shopping center & a few minutes away from the river side. Also close to restaurants and bars, for dining out.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a low-rise apartment and comes furnished with a bed, desk, cabinet, chest of draws & also has a built in wardrobe. There is a lot of open space in the living room; we also have extra storage cabinets & a good-sized balcony.

The room has been updated to a high standard and will be available from the beginning of August. Overall, the flat is comfortable, clean and has peaceful neighbors & house mates.

I'm looking for someone who can maintain the apartment to a good standard and keep the place clean, quiet and feel comfortable to make it a good home. Also it would be ideal to have someone who is easy going, sociable & friendly. Our preference would be to have a tenant preferably in their mid 30's or 40's.

The rent & all bills per month are £920. Security deposit is £800.
