Double room in cosy 2-bed flat near Clapham Junct.

Unfortunately, my flatmate is moving out of our lovely and perfectly located 2-bed flat, so I am looking for someone to take over her room at the end (27th) of April. We are ideally looking for a professional non-smoking (26+) flatmate who is tidy and sociable. You will share the flat with a female/researcher/professional /30+.

The bedroom is a spacious double room on the ground floor with a window into the garden and furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, a drawer and a bookcase. The flat is ground-floor, with a shared furnished living room/open kitchen and basement storage. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower and includes a washing machine. There is also a cosy private garden accessible through the living room.

The flat has a perfect location, just in a side street of Battersea Rise which has many nice bars, restaurants, and shops, and with Clapham Common park a short 3 minute walk away. Clapham Junction station (train and overground) is only a 5-10 minute walk, and there is a bus stop just around the corner with direct buses to many different places including Clapham Common Northern line (5-10 min) and Brixton Victoria line (10-15 min).

We're looking for someone to move in at the end of April, but ideally, we want to get the renewal contract sorted as soon as possible. The rent will be £824 PCM excl bills. The contract is initially 6 or 12 months. Pets are negotiable with some extra deposit.
