We are looking for new friendly and sociable housemates to come and join our humble abode in Clapham Junction.

Room 2 is available from now, Room 1 will be available June 1st.

It’s a wonderful, homely, 6 bed house with ample kitchen and living room space, 3 lovely bathrooms and a gorgeous little garden perfect for dinner parties and BBQs, and we are a very sociable and friendly bunch!!

Price shown is with all bills included with the exception of a bi-weekly cleaner that we split between us all. Parking permits can be purchased for zone C1 if you have a car.

Location of the house is amazing, a minute walk from Northcote road, 5 mins to Clapham Junction station with the best transport links. Lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes from Clapham Common.

We’re all really sociable and love spending time together as a house, but equally happy doing our own thing.
