We are looking for new friendly and sociable housemates to come and join our humble abode in Clapham Junction.

Available immediately, we have the loft at the top of the house, a very spacious and bright space just for you, with your own bathroom and toilet. Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table.

It’s a wonderful, homely, 6 bed house with ample kitchen and living room space, 3 bathrooms and a pretty little patio, perfect for dinner parties and BBQs, We are a very sociable and friendly bunch!!

Price shown is with all bills included with the exception of a bi-weekly cleaner that we split between us all. Parking permits can be purchased for zone C1 if you have a car.

Location of the house is amazing, a minute walk from Northcote road, less than 5 mins to Clapham Junction station with the best transport links. Lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes from Clapham Common.

We’re all sociable and love spending time together as a house, but equally happy doing our own thing.
