Double room with en-suite 2 mins from CJ station

Room with private bathroom (non-ensuite) available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat next to Clapham Junction station. It is available for a lease transfer from September 12th. Would suit a single or couple who is/are keen to be social but also are happy doing their own thing (note that rent is the same (per room) for a couple but you would pay 2/3 (per person) of the overall cost of the bills).

The room is spacious with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and you will have your own bathroom. Within the complex there is ample green space as well as a pool, spa, and gym complex. The flat is in a gated complex right opposite Clapham junction station so you can be on the platform in a few minutes!

Bills for electricity, water, internet, council tax (Wandsworth band D) average at around £140 per month if split between 2 people, however, may change seasonally. Currently we also organise a cleaner every 2-3 weeks that cleans common areas plus bathrooms with costs shared.

Please note that the flat is pet free and would like to ensure that it a non-smoking/non-vaping space.

The flatmate you will be living with is Catherine (34), an Engineer working mostly in central London and approx 1-2 days a week at home. She’s originally from Australia and is into travel, tag rugby, swimming, theatre and going to gigs.

- Friday August 7th 7:30pm - 9:00pm
- Saturday August 8th 11:00am - 2:00pm
- Sunday August 9th 2:00pm -4:30pm
