Hi there, I'm Gianni and I have a spare single room for rent in my house. This is a well-maintained and very clean terraced house in a very quiet area away from main roads, situated 5 min walk from the river Thames and 2 min walk from Clapham Junction station in Battersea (check it on Google Map postcode SW11 2EW) All major supermarkets, high street shops, bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk.
The house has a front and rear garden, a kitchen with all mod cons, bright living/dining room, separate toilet and a study on the ground floor, while 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor.
There is also a spacious loft, should you need to store some of your staff, and if you have a car, there is free parking for residents. The house is ideal for anyone who needs to use public transports and wants a quiet space for work/study and relax.

The room has a single bed, a sliding-door wardrobe with drawers inside and a big mirror, a desk and chair, a bookcase and a bedside drawer, and it overlooks onto the rear garden.

You will share the house with myself(linguist) and Zheng (scientist in cancer research), 2 friendly, respectful and easy-going professionals in our early 30s/40. I travel a lot and spend very little time in the house so most of the time there will be only two people in the here. We have been living here for over 5 years and still love it.
The rent is £910. Bills and broadband are all included. Past housemates have always loved it here.
