Hi there,
We are Kai, Eunseo and Grace, 3 females, (and Gianni who's moving out and helping us with the advert) looking for a new girl for our spare room in our well-maintained and clean 4-bed house in a quiet, yet very central area situated 5 min walk from the river and 2 min walk from Clapham Junction station (check it on the map) with free parking for residents.

On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, separate toilet, a separate kitchen fully equipped, a large and bright living/dining room and a single bedroom. There is also a front and large rear garden.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom.
There is also a spacious loft, should you need to store some of your stuff.
The available double bedroom is on the first floor, it has a double bed with lots of space under, a desk, a chest of drawers, an in-build wardrobe and cupboard, and plenty of space should you need more furniture. It also as a big window that overlooks onto the rear garden. This room is available from 1st of September
Broadband, water and Council tax are included in the rent and Gas and Electricity come to about £30/50 per person per month when there are 4 people living here...VERY cheap!!!

As for us, we are three girls all working professionals, very sociable, LGBT friendly, clean and tidy and respectful of others and we are looking for a likeminded person.

As for the area, the house is located 200m from Clapham Junction railway station (with connections to virtually everywhere) and 5 minutes walk from the River Thames. Battersea Park is a pleasant 10 min jog away along the river if you are a sport lover. (please see map) The best bars and restaurant of Battersea are also no more than 5 min away and so are all the high-street shops and supermarkets like Asda, M&S, Sainsbury, Waitrose and Lidl.
