Huge loft room with ensuite in friendly houseshare

Hi All!

Sadly, one of our flatmates is leaving this beautiful house to move in with her boyfriend but the rest of us are keen to stay and are looking for a great replacement!

We’re looking to do house viewings on 10/09, 12/09, and 16/09. Room comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe and draws :)

About the house:
The lease has been constantly renewed for a number of years as the house is such a home! We live in a lovely terrace house - the perfect midpoint between Clapham Junction and Clapham Common station, both roughly 15 minutes walk away, with loads of buses nearby too. With both Battersea Park, Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common a short walk away - we've really got everything on our door step; restaurants, pubs, gyms/ yoga studios, supermarkets etc.

The house itself is located on quiet street, and split across 3 floors. On the ground floor we have a large living / dining room (perfect for movie nights), a conservatory leading to the back patio, massive kitchen, and small loo & utility space. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and share a large family bathroom. The 4th bedroom on the top floor (which would be yours) is huge and has an ensuite bathroom, and plenty of space for a desk.

About us:
Nina (34) - works in student support for UCL, enjoys going to gigs and festivals, musicals, brunch, running and watching crime dramas. It’s a running joke that the girls walk in when some kind of disturbing murder scene is unfortunately on screen at that moment!

Shivani (32) - Civil Servant and resident reality TV lover. Professional bottomless bruncher, dancing Queen and master of random recipes. Enjoys bootcamps (when she hasn't damaged her ankle - now hates netball), long walks, pretty buildings, exploring new places, Netflix binging, and Booktok reads.

Vanessa (35) - photographer, resident Canadian and maple syrup enthusiast. Loves nature walks, craft beer, Asian food and is an expert at finding hidden gems in charity shops.

About you:
We’re looking for someone a similar age to us who is easy-going, tidy, who’s up for Netflix marathons, London explorations and trying new recipes and cocktails! We enjoy hanging out together, but equally have our own groups of friends. Vanessa works full-time in the office, but the rest of us are hybrid workers.

The boring bits:
Rent: £1230pcm
Deposit: £1199
Bills: ~ £100-150 incl. water, gas & elec, council, broadband, TV licence and a fortnightly cleaner. Between us we have just about every streaming service.

With a new year-long contract, we'll be looking for someone to sign as our fourth tenant and will need to go through all the normal landlord checks with our rental agency Noble).
