Quiet room w/ pool and gym - 3 mins to CJ Station

Double bedroom within a very easy walk to Clapham Junction.

The room is furnished & recently decorated. The property is quiet despite proximity to the station, and also has free use of the on site gym, pool, spa and sauna, plus has a concierge and a quiet garden space all within the gated Falcon’s Estate complex. The station is literally across the road, but the height means we’re not affected by noise - The flat is on the 11th floor, and there are two lifts serving the block.

Current flatmate has worked both office based and wfh during her time here - off to an exciting new job in Bristol 😊

Shared areas are kitchen, lounge and bathroom, but perfectly manageable with just two ppl. It’s not really a big party vibe 😄 Work in a prep school in west London, so am often out early and then enjoy collapsing on the sofa of an evening with a film or box set.
