It is with much sadness that our flatmate is moving out, meaning 1 spacious and furnished double bedroom in Battersea/Clapham is now available.

About the flat:
The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one room has an ensuite and so you actually only share the other bathroom with only one other person). It's also got a comfy and spacious living room, and a nice kitchen with dishwasher.

The flat is on Battersea Rise and close to Northcote Road, with plenty of local amenities:
- Clapham Junction Station (7 min walk)
- Clapham Common park (3 min walk)
- Clapham Common Station (10 min bus)
- There's a Tesco (just below), Asda Superstore (5 min away), a Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsbury's and M&S (all a 5 min walk)
- Restaurants (Thai, Korean, Italian, French, British, Sushi, Indian - and many more!)
- Lots of shops (TK Maxx, Oliver Bonas, etc.)

About the room:
One double room with chest of drawers, massive wardrobe and very big desk (ideal for WFH) all included. It's west facing, meaning it is lovely and bright in the evenings when you're home from work. It keeps warm in the winter and large windows mean it can let in the summer breeze.

About the flatmates:
- Nico - a 29-year-old Italian guy who works in sales.
- Andrea - 36, Argentinian and works in luxury retail.
- Stephanie - 28, an interior design professional from Hong Kong.

We are very friendly and relaxed, we enjoy hanging out to watch TV and cooking. We are laid back and enjoy being around flatmates whilst also being independent.

Contract:
- Move in date: 15 June 2025
- £950 deposit
- The contract allows you to move out whenever if you find a suitable replacement.

Other conditions:
- No pets
- No couples
- no-smoking space
