The room is in a large and very spacious 3 bedroom ground floor flat located in Clapham Junction. It is £1350 pcm with all bills included apart from the cost of the cleaner organised between us housemates weekly or biweekly.

The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. We have high speed wifi throughout, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heated floors and all kitchen appliances.

The front room is the kitchen and lounge combined so it is a modern and very spacious area filled with natural light, featuring bifold doors opening out onto a front garden, which is also a sun trap!

We are located on Battersea Rise just off Northcote Road near many shops, bars and restaurants. We are an 8 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 2 minutes walk from both Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common.

You will be sharing with myself, a 30 year old Yoga and Pilates Instructor and Ruby, a 30 year old woman who works in tech. We are clean, sociable and relaxed housemates who enjoy evenings in together chatting, cooking or watching movies. We are also respectful of each other’s space and value our solo time too. We are looking for someone who is also clean and respectful and adds to the calm and homely atmosphere.
