Double Room in shared house (all bills inc)

I am Clare, my husband is Ed.

owing to work, one of us in London between Monday & Thursday (on average 3 nights a week). Even when we are there, we are usually back circa 9pm! We love the outdoors, sports and travelling and eating! We are tidy, neat and organised. We do not smoke and there are no pets.

Our house is in SW11, and is a 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction and also 5-10 minutes to Clapham Common and all of the amenities on Battersea Rise /Northcote Road. It is a lovely neighbourhood.

We are looking to rent out the top floor rooms of our house - which are 2 double rooms and a bathroom for £3,000 inclusive of all bills (Wifi, weekly cleaning, council tax, G/E/W)

We are happy to consider shorter lets, however there will be an increased rate for this.

We will consider either
2 professional individuals (one in each room)
OR one couple only (£3,000 all inc)

The rooms are furnished (or could be unfurnished) and there is plenty of built in storage - including wardrobes - in each room.
The bedroom shown in the pictures is currently going through a refresh to upgrade the wallpaper and blinds.

The rooms are on located on the 2nd floor of the house

On the first floor, is the master bedroom (ours when we are there), an additional spare bedroom/TV den with a roof terrace adjoining, a family bathroom, and a fitted study for WHF - fitted to a very high standard.

Downstairs there is a comfy lounge, a utility room with washer and dryer, and a spacious kitchen/diner with bi-fold doors onto a small garden.

Parking is on street via a permit application.
