Perfect for relocation, for short trips to London and/or temporary accommodation for looking a permanent flat/house/room. The studio could be rent for a 1-2 days per week on regular basis or for a short period (1-4 weeks). The bathroom will be shared, unless agreed differently.

Public transport: three minutes walking distance from Wandsworth Town station and 10 walking distance from Clapham Junction. Waterloo and Victoria are respectively 15 minutes and 10 minutes away by train or bus.

The studio flat consists of a large living room with a comfortable new double sofa bed (high quality mattress).

The studio has a lovely kitchen equipped with a new micro oven, induction hob, kettle and toaster and a large kitchen table with chairs.

In addition, the studio will benefit of bathroom with a bath and a wide storage room, which will be shared with the owner. The studio is available only short lets from one week to 4 weeks Also, I would consider a few days per month on regular basis. Studio could be shared or rent independently.

Finally, the studio is equipped with all amenities including WiFi, washing machine, micro oven and utensils.

The price, which is in relation to the number of weeks (or days)
includes all the utilities (including council tax, WIFI).
