Hiya! I’m offering a double bedroom, bathroom and living room, making up the second floor of my home in the Clapham Junction / Northcote Road area, 8 minutes’ walk from Clapham Junction station. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality mattress and a Ligne Roset bed frame.

The space is yours full-time, with your own key and full access. It’s priced for someone who will mainly use it a few nights a week, for example a commuter with a Home elsewhere. If you need a London base without paying for a full-time room, this is for you.

I live here part-time with my daughter and travel regularly for work, so the house is calm and you’ll have plenty of space.

My previous lodger commuted from Paris, where his family lived, for two years. It worked very well for all of us, and he’s happy to give a reference.

We have a friendly British Shorthair cat called Jimmy. He’s curious and likes to be in the same room as people, though he keeps his distance, so you’d need to be comfortable with a cat around.
