We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our spacious 3-person flat right in the centre of Northcote Road, one of the best spots in Clapham Junction.

The room is a large double bedroom on the second floor, with plenty of natural light and space to make your own. The flat also has a generous living room and large kitchen, so there’s lots of shared space for everyone.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat:

* Less than a 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction station, with fast trains to Victoria and Waterloo every 2–3 minutes
* Surrounded by great pubs, cafés, restaurants, and shops on Northcote Road
* Multiple gyms within walking distance
* Quick access to Wandsworth Common (2 mins) and Clapham Common (5 mins)
